These Terms govern use of HitsTrader websites, products, and services. By using HitsTrader, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

HitsTrader provides traffic exchange, promotional placement, account tools, and related services for members and advertisers.

2. Eligibility and account responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions by authorized team members.
  • We may request verification details where reasonably required for fraud prevention, payout processing, or legal compliance.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use HitsTrader for unlawful content, deceptive schemes, malware, unauthorized data collection, or IP infringement.
  • Do not attempt to manipulate traffic quality metrics, rewards, credits, contests, or payout systems.
  • Automated behavior must comply with published platform rules and may be restricted where it harms service integrity.

4. Billing, subscriptions, and credits

  • Paid plans, add-ons, and one-time purchases are priced as displayed at checkout.
  • Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through account settings or support channels.
  • Where required by payment providers, additional terms of processors (for example card networks or Stripe) also apply.
  • Credits, promotional balances, and bonuses have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on plan type, usage, anti-abuse review outcomes, and applicable law. We assess requests in good faith and may deny requests involving fraud, policy abuse, or significant delivered value.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, or materially disrupt service operations. Where reasonably possible, we provide notice and an opportunity to cure non-serious breaches.

7. Intellectual property

HitsTrader and its branding, software, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights to your own submitted content, and grant us a limited license to host and display it to operate the service.

8. Third-party services

Our service may link to third-party websites, processors, and tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific ranking outcomes, or commercial performance.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, HitsTrader is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.

10. UK-specific terms

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Where you are a UK consumer, mandatory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
  • If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will continue in effect.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. State and federal courts located in Massachusetts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are posted on this page with an updated effective date.
